When Your Items Sell

Congrats on your sale! Both you and the buyer will receive notifications both in the admin panel and at your email address.

The funds for the sale will immediately be available in your Stripe account dashboard. To see the payment details, log into your Stripe account, then click "payments."

The next screen will show all payments you have received. Click on the line corresponding to the sale to view more details.

Stripe automatically takes their processing fee, and deducts the taxes and commission and routes it to Alley Cove. You can view the amount of these deductions (referred to as "application fees"). Scroll down to the payment details and click the "i" button.

Payments typically take 5-7 days to show up in the bank account you have tied to your Stripe account. Stripe support can assist with any questions you have about receiving your payments.
